After graduating from Purdue University in 1976, I went to work with the
F. C. Tucker Company in residential sales. Two years later I joined my father investing in residential real estate. Over the past 27 years I have been involved in over 200 transactions acting myself as both buyer and seller.
While still teaching in the IPS School System, Sally became increasingly interested in the real estate business. She obtained her salesman's license in 1983 and for 12 years worked with me part time in property management. When our two sons were established in school, she took the opportunity to join me full time as a REALTOR.
We feel we can serve our client's needs best by using a team approach. From her teaching background, Sally brings an attentive side to the company. She is senstive to the needs of both buyers and sellers, while I bring a more analytical side from my investment background.
